HMS is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy educational and work environment in which no member of the Harvard community is is excluded from, or denied the benefit of, any University program or activity because of their sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
As HMS Title IX Resource Coordinators (TIXRCs), we serve in a neutral role and support all HMS students, staff, and researchers. We have specialized training and experience in responding to disclosures of sexual and gender-based harassment and serve as the primary point of contact for HMS community members seeking supportive measures - individualized supports that enable individuals impacted by sexual and gender-based harassment to continue to access their work or studies.
Contacting your local Title IX Resource Coordinator is not the same as filing a formal complaint with the University Title IX Coordinator. Rather, we are here to listen, connect you to resources and support, and help you make an informed decision about which pathways are right for you.
